„PURPLE ROAD“ ist das kraftvolle Blues Trio um den Multiinstrumentalisten und Sänger René Pütz. Zusammen mit Deutschlands Bluesgitarristen Nr. 1 Henrik Freischlader stand Pütz bereits auf unzähligen Bühnen und hat Clubs und Festivals zusammen mit Walter Trout, Larkin Poe, Robert Cray, Rival Sons, Jethro Tull u.v.w. gespielt.

Mit seinen Kollegen Rüdiger Tiedemann (Drums) und Dennis Bowens (Bass) bringt er in klassischer Rock-Triobesetzung den „Old School-Sound“ der 60er und 70er auf die Bühne. Rock, Blues, Funk und Platz für Improvisation. Im Repertoire befinden sich Interpretationen von bekannten Blues- und Rocksongs.
